The main challenge to the Digital Economy Act, by TalkTalk and BT, has been quashed dead. And has been for the better part of a month - everyone seems to have forgotten that this is going on; that, or I missed a load of news1. The application for an appeal after the initial case failed was thrown out of the High Court back in June
